Woman fatally struck by pickup in Cameron Park

CAMERON PARK, CA - A woman was struck and killed by a driver in a pickup in Cameron Park on Tuesday evening.

According to KCRA, a woman was leaving a convenience store on Cameron Park Drive and Green Valley Road when she was hit by a driver in a Dodge pickup truck.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the pickup remained on the scene to speak with authorities. The incident remains under investigation.
