SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA -- A vehicle accident was reported Wednesday afternoon involving two pickup trucks near a shopping center in west Antelope, according to California Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Elverta Road and Aldred Way shortly before 4:30 p.m.
It is not immediately clear what led up to the crash, but it involved a dark gray Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and a white Ford Ranger pickup truck.
Both vehicles were pulled over on the shoulder along Aldred Way and away from traffic.
The CHP crash report indicates the party in the Ford Ranger does not have insurance and had expired an vehicle registration.
No injuries have been reported.
