Two-vehicle accident reported on US-50 near west La Riviera

SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA -- A two-vehicle crash was reported Friday evening on U.S. Highway 50 near La Riviera's Glenbrook East area, according to California Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred on the westbound lanes of the highway just east of Watt Avenue shortly before 6:07 p.m.

CHP's crash report indicates a 2015 white Honda Accord and a black BMW were involved in the accident. The BMW was initially blocking the right lane but was cleared to the right shoulder by 6:16 p.m.

As of 6:17 p.m. Friday, no injuries have been reported in the crash.
