Two-car crash reported on Dewey Drive in Fair Oaks

SACRAMENTO, CA -- A two-vehicle collision was reported Thursday evening on Dewey Drive in northeast Fair Oaks, according to California Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred at the Madison Avenue intersection shortly before 5:28 p.m.

It is unclear what led up to the accident. However, the CHP crash report indicates a verbal altercation took place between the two parties in a white Chevy Silverado and a white Suburban.

A turn lane at the intersection was initially reported blocked, but both vehicles have since been able to pull over to the right shoulder.

No further information has been released at this time, but CHP said no injuries were reported.
