Two-car crash reported near Loretto Heights in Arden-Arcade

SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA -- A two-car accident was reported Friday evening near the Loretto Heights neighborhood in Arden-Arcade, according to California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at the intersection of Howe Avenue and Alta Arden Expressway. It was first reported by CHP shortly before 5:30 p.m.

Few details have been provided at this time, but a yellow Kia Rio and a silver Mercedes C Class were involved in the accident.

CHP last reported the crash location at the Guitar Center parking lot, but it is unclear whether the collision occurred there, or if the scene was moved from the roadway.
