Possibly drunk driver causes multiple-car accident in W Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, CA - 33-year-old William Letson was arrested early Friday morning after causing a multiple car collision that included a trooper SUV on I-80, reports Fox40.

Letson was westbound on I-80 at Reed Avenue around 3 a.m. Friday morning when he struck the back of a Prius. The Prius was struck with enough force to be pushed forward into the back of a California Highway Patrol vehicle. Letson's Acura then came to a stop in the middle of the roadway where it was struck by a fourth vehicle.

Everyone involved in the crash was treated for minor injuries.

Letson has since been booked into Sacramento County Main Jail with suspicions of driving while intoxicated.
