One hurt in two-vehicle collision on Greenback Ln near Foothill Farms

SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA -- At least one person was injured Monday evening in a two-vehicle accident near Interstate 80 in Foothill Farms, according to California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened on Greenback Lane near the onramp to Interstate 80 westbound. It was first reported by CHP at 5;36 p.m.

Few details have been shared on the events leading up to the accident, but a silver Toyota Tundra pickup truck was hit by a silver Hyundai Santa Fe.

CHP indicated an ambulance was en route for at least one person who suffered minor injuries in the incident.

A tow truck was also requested for at least one vehicle with fender damage.
