EL DORADO COUNTY, CA -- One person is in police custody after a hit-and-run crash Wednesday afternoon involving three vehicles in Cameron Park, according to California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred near the intersection of Cameron Park Drive and Coach Lane shortly before 1:43 p.m.
CHP officers arrived to learn three vehicles were involved in the crash, including a black Toyota Celica, an orange Dodge Durango, and an orange Chevy Sonic.
No injuries have been reported as of 3:27 p.m. Wednesday.
Little information has been reported confirming which party was responsible for the crash, but the CHP crash report indicates one person who was a passenger in the Toyota has been arrested. Local animal control services were also dispatched to the scene to take away a dog who was in the same car.
According to the crash report, the Toyota sustained damages to the fender area and required a tow truck.
No other information has been reported at this time.
