Motorcyclist dies in single-vehicle crash in midtown Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, CA -- A man died Saturday night after a motorcycle accident at a busy intersection in midtown, according to ABC 10.

Sacramento Police Department said the fatal collision occurred at 25th Street and Capitol Avenue.

It is unclear what led the rider to crash his bike, but no other vehicles appeared to have been involved.

Medics rushed the victim to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
