SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA -- A hit-and-run collision was reported Tuesday evening near the Sunrise Homes neighborhood in Rosemont, according to California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred on the southbound lanes of Watt Avenue just north of Jackson Road, or California Highway 16. It was first reported to CHP shortly before 5:30 p.m.
No details have been provided on the vehicles involved, but the reporting party was able to move their vehicle to a secondary location after the crash, indicating minor vehicle damage.
As of 5:34 p.m., CHP has not reported any injuries in the event.
