Hit-and-run crash injures biker in North Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, CA - A bicyclist was struck by a vehicle near an intersection in the north end of the city Wednesday night.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the bicyclist was struck at Manzanita Avenue and Locust Avenue around 10 p.m.

The vehicle fled the scene of the incident. Ambulances were called to treat the victim's injuries.
