Driver killed in dramatic rollover crash in Lincoln

LINCOLN, CA - The California Highway Patrol says a man was killed in a single-vehicle rollover collision that took place southwest of Lincoln on Tuesday, ABC 10 reports.

The fatal crash took place near the intersection of Moore Road and Nelson Lane, where a Nissan Murano hit an embankment, went airborne, and landed on its roof. The driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision, was transported to Sutter Roseville Medical Center, where he died. He has not been identified at this time.

Investigations are ongoing, and will determine whether the man was speeding or was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time.
