Damages reported after two-car crash in Antelope

SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA -- Vehicle damage was reported Thursday evening after a two-vehicle collision near the Parkview area in Antelope, according to California Highway Patrol.

The accident took place on the northbound lanes of Walerga Road just north of North Loop Boulevard. It was first reported by CHP at 5:15 p.m.

No details have been shared on the events leading up to the crash, but it involved a white Toyota Camry and a silver Toyota Camry.

The crash blocked a left lane on Walerga Road northbound, but by 5:28 the scene was cleared.

A tow truck was called to the scene, suggesting significant damage to at least one of the Toyotas.

No injuries have been reported as of 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
