Crash shuts down two lanes on US-50 EB near CSU Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, CA -- A vehicle accident Monday morning closed two left lanes on US Route 50 eastbound near California State University at Sacramento in east Sacramento, according to TTWN Sacramento.

The collision occurred in the eastbound lanes near the 65th Street exit and was first reported at 6:45 a.m.

Early morning commuters were warned about a traffic backup extending down to 34th Street.
