Crash shuts down two lanes on I-80 WB near south Roseville

ROSEVILLE, CA -- A vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon closed two left lanes on Interstate 80 westbound near the Cirby Side neighborhood in south Roseville, according to TTWN Sacramento.

The collision occurred in the westbound lanes of I-80 near the exit to Auburn Boulevard and Riverside Avenue. It was first reported by TTWN at 3:40 p.m.

The incident caused a traffic backup extending down to Taylor Road.

At 4:15 p.m., the scene was reported to have cleared.
