Crash shuts down several lanes on US-50 at Stockton Blvd.

SACRAMENTO, CA - Rush-hour commuters in southeast Sacramento were faced with delays following a collision on US-50 this morning.

According to a report by Total Traffic Sacramento, the crash occurred at about 8:25 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the freeway near Stockton Boulevard.

The cause of the crash is not mentioned in the report. However, at least three lanes were closed while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
