ROSEVILLE, CA -- A vehicle crash Thursday afternoon blocked a left shoulder on California Highway 65 near Blue Oaks Town Center in Roseville, according to TTWN Sacramento.

The incident occurred on the southbound lanes of CA-65 approaching Blue Oaks Boulevard. It was first reported by TTWN at 2:40 p.m.

By 3:00 p.m., the scene had created a traffic backup stretching back to Sunset Boulevard.
