Collision reported on US-50 EB near College Glen in east Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, CA -- A vehicle crash was reported Wednesday afternoon on U.S. Highway 50 near east Sacramento's College Glen neighborhood, according to California Highway Patrol.

The accident happened on the eastbound lanes of the highway just west of the offramp to Folsom Boulevard. It was first reported by CHP at 4:13 p.m.

Details are limited, but all involved vehicles were able to move to the right hand shoulder, suggesting minor damage.

As of this writing, CHP has not confirmed any significant injuries in the event.
