Collision closes two lanes on I-80 near Roseville's Cirby Side

ROSEVILLE, CA -- A vehicle accident Thursday afternoon blocked two center lanes on Interstate 80 near the Cirby Side neighborhood in south Roseville, according to TTWN Sacramento.

The crash happened on the westbound lanes of the interstate before Auburn Boulevard and Riverside Avenue. It was first reported by TTWN at 4:10 p.m.

By 4:25 p.m., the scene was reported cleared with all lanes reopened, though by then a traffic backup had stretched five exits back to Taylor Road.
