SACRAMENTO, CA -- An accident Tuesday morning blocked multiple lanes on Capital City Freeway near Sacramento's Newton Booth neighborhood, according to TTWN Sacramento.

The crash happened on the westbound lanes of the freeway (Business 80, SR-51) approaching P Street. It was first reported by TTWN at 7:30 a.m.
Morning commuters were told to expect a traffic backup stretching four exits back to Arden Way.
