SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA -- A two-vehicle collision was reported Wednesday afternoon near Madison Elementary School in North Highlands, according to California Highway Patrol.
The accident took place on the southbound lanes of Harrison Street at Madison Avenue, in the Madison Knolls residential neighborhood. It was first reported by CHP shortly after 3:50 p.m.
Details are limited, but authorities indicated a gray 2020 Ford Ranger and a silver minivan were involved. Both vehicles were able to be moved away from main travel lanes and did not pose a traffic hazard.
According to CHP's traffic incident portal, no injuries were reported in the event.
