SACRAMENTO, CA -- A two-vehicle accident was reported Wednesday evening on Interstate 80 near north Sacramento's Village Green neighborhood, according to California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred on the eastbound lanes of the interstate just west of Marysville Boulevard. It was first reported by CHP at 5:05 p.m.
Few details have been provided at this time, but a dark-colored Toyota and an undisclosed white sedan were involved. Both vehicles were able to be moved to the right hand shoulder away from traffic, indicating minor damage.
CHP confirmed no serious injuries were reported in the incident.
