SACRAMENTO, CA -- A hit-and-run collision was reported Thursday evening near the Arcade Library in northeast Sacramento, according to California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported in the parking lot of the library located at 2443 Marconi Avenue, near the Mueller Corner Shopping Center. It was first reported by CHP at 5:04 p.m.
