California Troopers respond to hit-and-run in Rancho Murieta

RANCHO MURIETA, CA - California Highway Patrol troopers responded to reports of a hit-and-run some time before 10:56 a.m. in Rancho Murieta, according to the CHP.

The incident occurred at 14919 Lago Drive. The victim of the hit-and-run reported that the driver responsible for the collision was pulling out of a driveway and struck her silver Nissan Rogue before fleeing the scene. The make and model of the suspected vehicle is unclear.

No one was injured in the collision.

Authorities are still investigating the situation.
