Accident closes two lanes on I-80 EB near east Roseville

ROSEVILLE, CA -- A vehicle crash Friday evening blocked two right lanes on Interstate 80 near Sutter Roseville Medical Center in east Roseville, according to TTWN Sacramento.

The collision occurred on the eastbound lanes of the interstate at the merge to California Highway 65. It was first reported by TTWN at 5:20 p.m.

Evening commuters were initially warned of stop-and-go traffic one exit back to Taylor Road, but by 5:30 p.m., the backup had extended another exit back to Atlantic Street and Eureka Road.
