RIO VISTA, CA - One person died following a major collision on Highway 12 about three weeks ago.
According to KCRA, the crash happened on Jan. 15 around 9 a.m. Six vehicles were reported in a collision near the Highway 160 interchange.
One person succumbed to their injuries at the scene and was pronounced dead. It is unclear whether any others involved were injured at this time.
