8 people hospitalized in Sacramento County car accident

GALT, CA – A total of eight people were injured in a car crash involving two vehicles south of Elk Grove on Tuesday afternoon.

According to KCRA, the accident happened around 3:15 p.m. at the intersection of Twin Cities Road and Cherokee Lane.

Two occupants in a minivan were ejected from the vehicle and sustained critical injuries. Six others were injured but are reported to be in stable condition.
