6-year-old child struck by hit-and-run driver in North Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, CA - A 6-year-old was struck by a driver in a North Sacramento neighborhood on last Sunday reports KTXL.

The child was hit on Orlando Way near Van Ness Street around 6:30 p.m. They were taken to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities are still searching for the driver who fled the scene. An investigation is ongoing.
